What is College Now? College Now is a FREE college transition/dual enrollment program for New York City Department of Education high school students. Why Take College Now Successful College Now students can start their first semester in college with up to fifteen college credits – or, at minimum, begin college without remediation.
Who can participate in the College now program?
The CN program offers dual enrollment and college-readiness programs to NYC public high schools. Please note that only students who attend NYC public high school, registered homeschooled students, and students with disabilities whose private school tuition is supported by the DOE can participate in College Now.
Who is the most knowledgeable about the College now program?
Your high school counselors are the most knowledgeable about the College Now program and the courses being offered at your high school. When is the College Now Schedule of Classes available on the web? May 15 for Fall semester and year-long classes.
